Your presenter is Victoria Tennant, M.Ed.
Victoria is an educational consultant with 38 years of experience, including 10 years as an early childhood classroom teacher. She began teaching adults in 1978 as an instructor for the early childhood program Mathematics Their Way™. Her graduate level course developed in 1980,Teaching the Whole Child: applications of brain/mind research, was one of the first courses in the nation for educators on learning and the brain. Over the years Victoria has built an outstanding reputation for her presentations on brain development to educators, parents, state organizations, and at numerous conferences. She is the author of Healthy Beginnings™ – nurturing children’s growing minds, and Calming Ourselves in Stressful Moments™, published by Comprehensive Health Education Foundation (www.chef.org). Fee for a keynote presentation is determined by the event.
Travel expenses are additional and include airfare (plus transportation to and from airport and workshop site) or mileage (round trip Olympia @ IRS allowable rate), meals and lodging.
