Resonance Repatterning™ Sessions assist you in transforming old patterns of pain and limitation and in returning to a natural state of well-being.
Muscle-checking (also known as Applied Kinesiology) is used as a tool to access the body’s innate wisdom and energy system. It allows your  own system to direct the process exactly where it needs to go.

In a Resonance Repatterning™ session you will be guided to:

  1. identify non-coherent patterns of limitations and past beliefs you resonate with in relation to a problem;
  2. generate positive intentions and affirmations that allow you to resonate with and create what you truly want;
  3. determine what is needed to change frequencies, right in the session. Modalities, such as movement, color, imagery, sound, energetic contact points, are used to help the body/mind/energy system move to a higher vibration and state of coherence.  This allows you to resonate with positive changes for deep and lasting results.
